If you've seen KRMSolutionsBot in your website logs, that's us. KRM Solutions is a small web studio in Bolton, and we review local business websites.

What it looks at

• It reads a site's homepage, robots.txt, its contact page and a handful of links from the homepage.
• It makes a few requests per site, at most once a month.
• If robots.txt allows the bot, we may also open your homepage once in an ordinary browser to take phone and desktop screenshots, so we judge the page your customers actually see.
• It doesn't fill in forms, log in or download files.

How to stop it visiting

Add this to your robots.txt:

User-agent: KRMSolutionsBot
Disallow: /
