What's the catch?
There isn't one. Designing your website first is how we win clients: you see the work before you decide. We don't ask for card details, and there's nothing to sign. If it's not for you, ignore it or tell us, and that's it.
Why is there no build fee?
We use AI tools for the routine parts of building a website, which makes the build quick. The choices that make it look like your business, from your photos and words, are made by a person, not left to a template. The monthly fee covers hosting, small changes and looking after the site, so there's no big bill at the start.
I've only got photos on my phone. Is that enough?
Yes. Phone photos of your work are what we want for the finished site, and we'll tell you which ones work best.
Isn't a Facebook page enough?
It's a good start. A website gives people who search for your trade one page with what you do, where you work and how to reach you, and it's yours rather than Facebook's.
Do I have to sign anything to get the design?
No. You only agree terms if you ask us to build the site.
Who will I deal with?
Kiel Malpass, who runs KRM Solutions from Bolton. The same person from the first reply to the finished site, and for changes once it's live.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to design your website and talk to you about it. If you don't become a client, we delete them within 12 months of our last contact. Privacy notice
