What's the catch?
There isn't one. Redesigning your website first is how we win clients: you see the work before you decide. We don't ask for card details, and there's nothing to sign. If it's not for you, ignore it or tell us, and that's it.
Why is there no build fee?
We use AI tools for the routine parts of building a website, which makes the build quick. The choices that make it look like your business, from your logo, photos and words, are made by a person, not left to a template. The monthly fee covers hosting, small changes and looking after the site, so there's no big bill at the start.
Do I have to sign anything to get the redesign?
No. You only agree terms if you ask us to build the new site.
What happens to my current website?
Nothing, unless you decide to switch. If you do, we build the new site first and only move your domain over to it once you're happy.
Who will I deal with?
Kiel Malpass, who runs KRM Solutions from Bolton. The same person from the first reply to the finished site, and for changes once it's live.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to send you the redesign and talk to you about it. If you don't become a client, we delete them within 12 months of our last contact. Privacy notice
